Please read these Terms carefully before using KovaMail. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
KovaMail is a business email hosting service operated by TNZ Productions LLC ("TNZ," "we," "us," or "our"), a Washington State limited liability company. KovaMail allows businesses and individuals to send and receive email at their own domain name.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use KovaMail. By using our service, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using KovaMail on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including a valid domain name that you own or control, a recovery email address, and a secure password.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any domain you register with KovaMail. We verify domain ownership through DNS record confirmation before activating email service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getkovamail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to keep your account information current and accurate, including your recovery email address and billing information.

KovaMail offers Free, Starter ($9/mo), Business ($29/mo), and Enterprise ($79/mo) plans. Plan features and limits are described at getkovamail.com/pricing and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in US dollars. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. To change your plan, contact us at support@getkovamail.com. We will process plan changes within 2 business days.

KovaMail is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your email is stored on infrastructure controlled by TNZ. We do not scan your email for advertising purposes. For complete details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
You may cancel your account at any time from the Account Settings page. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted upon written request to support@getkovamail.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to our service or other users. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
KovaMail and all associated software, branding, and content are owned by TNZ Productions LLC. You retain all rights to your email content. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
KOVAMAIL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TNZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT YOUR DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TNZ PRODUCTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of KovaMail after changes constitutes acceptance.
