Do I need to know how to set up a server? +

No. KovaMail handles all the server infrastructure. You only need to add a few DNS records to your domain — we show you exactly what to add and verify them automatically.

What happens to my email data? +

Your email is stored on our servers in Oregon, encrypted at rest. We never sell your data or scan your email for advertising. You can export your data at any time.

Can I use my existing domain? +

Yes — any domain you own works. We support all major domain registrars including Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, and Google Domains. Just add the DNS records we provide.

Is there a mobile app? +

The web app works in any browser on desktop and mobile right now. A native mobile app is coming soon — sign up to be notified when it launches.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What does "team member" mean? +

Each team member gets their own email address at your domain and access to the KovaMail app. The owner account can see all inboxes; staff see only their own.
